Delivery information
We aim to have your products delivered within 3-8 business days.
Delivery is within mainland Europe, UK and Ireland only.
Please do not order outside of these territories.
Please ensure your postal address is correct at time of order to avoid issues.
From time to time delivery may be delayed due to factors outside our control like weather and customs delays.
Product help and support
We do not expect you to have an issues with your purchase but if for some reason there are defects or damage to your order then please contact us with an explanation and photo/video of the issue and we will resolve promptly with an exchange or refund.

Your order is not accepted until Glow Mood Lights confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Glow Mood Lights may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted.
